Axholme House is a 32 bedded Lifehouse housing males 25+ with complex needs.We are looking for a Programme Manager to work Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm, this position also includes on call responsibilities.Overall, Purpose of the RoleThe role of Programme Manager is central to achieving positive outcomes for our vulnerable clients and has operational responsibility for a specific area of programme within the service.You will ensure the programme you co-ordinate maximises client input and emphasises choice and control in all areas of service delivery.You will be part of the management team producing a high quality and cost-effective service, deputising for the Service Manager when required.You will monitor service delivery in line with contractual and organisation requirements.The post holder should understand and work within the Mission and Values of The Salvation Army, always acting in a professional and ethical way when representing the organisation.Support the Spiritual Programme running within the service where required.The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate: RespectCompassionMotivationGood verbal communication skillsCommitmentFlexibilityRelevant Qualification to Diploma levelPrevious Management experienceGood Leadership skillsIn order to complete your application please download and read the job profile and any other attachments.In the job profile you will find the criteria required for the role please make sure that you address this in your supporting statement as this forms the basis of our shortlisting.Appointment will be subject to satisfactory references, a criminal record check an Enhanced DBS Disclosure and evidence of your Right to Work in the UK in line with Home Office requirements.As we are not a licensed sponsor, applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.
