Castell Howell Foods is Wales’ leading independent food service wholesaler, servicing the length and breadth of Wales, the Border Counties and the South West of England. We currently have a vacancy for a Trainee Fishmonger based at Celtic Coast Fish Company, Pontyclun.Main Duties and Responsibilities:We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Trainee Fishmonger to join our busy team. Experience is preferred but not essential as training and support will be provided, along with the opportunity to complete a Foundation Apprenticeship in Seafood Industry Skills.
