Summary

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a MIG & TIG Welder on behalf of our client. This is a great opportunity for someone with welding experience who is confident in their ability and looking to develop their skills within a supportive working environment.

Pay: Starting from £13.00 per hour (with potential for increase upon securing a permanent position)

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:30am - 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

· MIG and TIG welding on a variety of materials and components

· Reading and working from basic technical drawings where required

· Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards

· Maintaining a clean and organised work area

Requirements:

· Previous MIG and TIG welding experience

· Ability to weld confidently and produce consistent, quality work

· Some practical, hands-on experience in a workshop or industrial setting

· Good attention to detail and willingness to learn

Candidates who have recently completed welding training are welcome to apply provided they have some practical experience and are confident working independently.

What's on Offer:

· Starting pay of £13.00 per hour

· Opportunity for a permanent position following a successful temporary period

· Pay review once taken on permanently

· 4-day working week (Monday-Thursday)
