Long Term Futures are working with a supportive primary school in Hammersmith to appoint a Behaviour & Complex Needs Teaching Assistant starting ASAP on a long-term basis. The role will involve supporting pupils across Year 2 and Year 4 who require additional behavioural and emotional support to help them engage positively with learning.

About the Role
You will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to support pupils with behavioural and complex needs, helping them regulate emotions, remain focused in lessons, and build confidence in the classroom.

Key responsibilities include:
* Providing 1:1 and small group support across Year 2 and Year 4
* Supporting pupils with behavioural and emotional needs
* Implementing behaviour strategies and promoting positive routines
* Encouraging engagement and confidence in learning
