What You’ll Need
- Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Good understanding of EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
- Ability to support children’s development through play-based learning
What You’ll Do
- Plan and deliver EYFS activities that support children’s development and learning
- Create a safe, nurturing environment where children feel secure and engaged
- Observe and record children’s progress, supporting development planning
- Maintain safeguarding and health and safety standards across the nurser
- Work closely with colleagues and room leaders to maintain consistent routine
- Communicate with parents and carers about children’s daily activities and development
