Applications are invited for the post of Clinical Fellow Higher (ST3-5) in Plastic Surgery.

We have two posts available to commence asap until 04 August 2026.

You will join our team of 19 Consultant Plastic Surgeons, four with a specialist interest in Breast Reconstruction, four with a specialist interest in Head and Neck reconstruction (including surgery for facial palsy) and three upper limb and three lower limb reconstruction consultants.

You will have the opportunity to be involved with a large number of microsurgical procedures carried out by the department and will take on greater levels of responsibility as the post progresses. We are a Major Trauma Centre covering the East of England and you will have the opportunity to manage complex Limb reconstructions.

Full Registration and a Licence to Practice with the General Medical Council at time of application is required.

The applicant must have demonstrable skills in listening, reading, writing and speaking in English that enable effective communication about medical topics with patients and colleagues, as set out in the GMC’s Good Medical Practice (2013). Non-UK applicants must possess the IELTS/OET exam before obtaining a GMC licence to practice.
