Summary

This role is administrative support and therefore requires a lot of data and excel usage. The office is small and you would be one of three so the ability to work alone is essential. Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- To support sales development, through the timely processing of orders and by providing operational support
- To help make sure data and marketing materials are up to date
- Coordinating advance payments
- Handling the receipt and dispatch of sample parcels to clients
- Maintaining and organising general filing systems
- Conducting research for new projects when required
- Preparing and distributing marketing mailings
- Providing additional administrative assistance as needed
- Managing trade and rights orders using Excel
Candidate Attributes:
- Confident and articulate
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritise workloads as per the needs of the team
- Degree educated preferred
- Microsoft Office experience particularly Excel
Hours – 25 – 30 hours flexible hours
Salary - £25-27k pro rata plus generous holiday of 25 days + bank holidays + gift Christmas days off + free onsite parking
