Summary

SureCare Redbridge and Epping Forest are looking for an experienced and motivated Care Team Leader to support and supervise our team of care assistants, providing domiciliary care to clients in their own homes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Care Assistant or experienced Care Worker looking to progress into a leadership role within a supportive and growing care service.

This role involves supporting care staff in the community, ensuring high standards of care delivery and assisting the office team with quality monitoring and staff support.

Main Responsibilities:
Conducting spot checks and field supervision visits.
Supporting new staff during induction and shadow shifts.
Ensuring care is delivered in line with care plans and risk assessments.
Reporting concerns or safeguarding issues to the management team.
Supporting carers with best practice and guidance.
Assisting with maintaining high standards in line with company policies and CQC expectations.

Requirements:
Previous experience working in domiciliary or community care.
Experience as a senior care assistant or team leader preferred but not essential.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Caring, reliable and organised approach.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.

Successful applicants will be required to complete a DBS Check and must have the right to work in the UK.
