Summary
We are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant working through an established education agency, you must bring experience supporting children with a wide range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties. You must be confident delivering tailored 1:1 and small‑group interventions, following EHCP targets, and adapting resources to meet individual learning styles. Working closely with teachers, SENDCo staff, and external specialists to help create an inclusive, supportive environment where every pupil can thrive. You must be reliable, professionalism, adaptable and the ability to quickly build rapport in diverse school settings.
