The management of staff, providing operational leadership to oversee the safe and effective delivery of services within: The Intensive Support Teams The Dynamic Support Register Clinical Nurse Specialists Mental Health & Forensic LiaisonPrioritising key tasks and the ability to meet deadlines, having daily contact with a wide range of staff at all levels internal and external to MPFT including regular contact with service users, carers, partner organisations, external agencies and third sector organisations.Holding a budget to support these clinical services.
