More detail about the role Royal Devon Hospitals Charity supports patients, families and staff by funding projects and enhancements that go beyond core NHS provision. Through the generosity of our communities and businesses, the charity helps create welcoming environments, invest in innovation and improve experiences for patients across our hospitals and services. As Charity Administrator, you will play a central role in keeping the charity running smoothly behind the scenes. You will provide high-quality administrative, database and financial processing support to the fundraising team, ensuring donations are handled accurately, records are maintained to a high standard and supporters receive a professional and timely response. You will act as a key point of contact for supporters, volunteers, members of the public and Trust colleagues, delivering excellent customer service and responding sensitively to enquiries. You will support the coordination of fundraising events, on-site activity and volunteer administration, while also helping manage the charitys internal grants process. This is a detail-focused, primarily office-based role that would suit someone organised, methodical and customer-focused, who takes pride in accuracy and in enabling a team to deliver meaningful impact for local healthcare.
