About the role
An exciting opportunity has become available to work within the building cleaning team at Delamere House. The position is for 0.40 FTE (15 hours) per week over a Monday to Friday working pattern, working hours between 6am and 9am.
Undertake cleaning, washing, sweeping, vacuum cleaning, emptying of litter bins, polishing and dusting of the designated areas (which may include toilets and shower areas) and fixtures and fittings using, where appropriate, powered equipment.

About you
The successful candidate will have:
• Evidence of previous cleaning experience
• Ability to read and write and carry out basic calculations in order to read instructions, write messages
• Use of initiative
• Good timekeeper
• Ability to work in a team and work alone when needed
• Ability to lift and carry buckets of water, bags of rubbish, vacuums and chairs
• Ability to stand and bend and able to comply with H&S requirements
