Summary
Hours per week: 42.5 (M – F 0830 – 1800 *an hour unpaid break inclusive)

Main Purpose & Scope of the Job
With increased activity in this sector, the Commercial Team are looking for an additional member of the team to make a difference and develop themselves with our established customers.
The National Account Executive will support, maintaining and developing opportunities with both existing customers and the development of new customers, and supporting the supply chain function between our distribution centre and our customers. The National Account Executive will have full visibility of all activities of the department.
Duties & Key Responsibilities
· Support the in the day to day management of key customer accounts, such as Testco, ASDA, Morrison’s, Costco, Ocado etc. ensuring smooth coordination of activities and timely follow up on action items.
· Manage and monitor daily order intake, prepare sales reports, and conduct basic data analysis to support commercial decision-making.
· Coordinate internal and external communications related to customer accounts, ensuring accurate information flow between customers and internal departments.
· Assist in the implementation of commercial strategies and promotional plans across key accounts to support business growth objectives.
· Track customer performance and market trends, providing regular insights and reports to management on changing customer needs and opportunities.
· Support account planning and administrative tasks including preparing presentations, updating account documentation and maintaining customer records.
Person Specification
• Ideally will have 1-2 years’ experience working at a similar level, with some understanding of how supermarkets and their supply chain operates.
• Must have excellent computer literacy and presentation skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and concisely to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Be highly self-drive, with exceptional organisational skills.
• Be able to absorb and assess operational issues, and then be able to identify solutions with a can-do attitude.
• Be flexible to the needs of the company in a challenging environment.
