The Role
We are seeking high-performing Senior Sales Associates with a proven track record in premium and luxury retail. This role is suited to commercially driven professionals who excel in clientelling, understand the nuances of luxury service, and are confident representing internationally renowned brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strong personal sales performance, consistently achieving and exceeding targets through confident, strategic selling.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, developing a loyal client book and generating repeat business through proactive clientelling.
- Deliver an exceptional luxury service experience, combining refined styling advice with compelling brand storytelling.
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge across collections, confidently guiding clients through high-value purchases.
- Lead by example on the shop floor, maintaining elevated service standards and supporting team performance where required.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within premium or luxury retail (mandatory).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a luxury environment.
- Strong clientelling ability with evidence of repeat business generation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence working with high-value clientele.
- Impeccable personal presentation and professionalism.
- Fluent English (additional languages highly desirable).
- Flexible availability, including weekends and peak trading periods.

- Previous supervisory or key-holder experience.
- Experience working with internationally recognised luxury fashion brands.
