We have a new opportunity to join The Compleat Food Group in our L&D Team, supporting the coordination and delivery of
high-quality learning initiatives across the group!

Location: Nottingham, NG2 1LU (hybrid working with additional travel requirements)

Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:30 – 17:00, Friday, 8:30 – 16:00

Role Responsibilities:

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration

* Support day-to-day administration and maintenance of the LMS
* Upload, assign and track learning content and courses
* Maintain accurate learner records and reporting data
* Produce clear, visually engaging reports using Excel and LMS reporting tools
* Analyse participation, completion rates and evaluation data to identify trends




Learning Coordination

* Coordinate training activities across the group, overseeing communication and invitations
* Organise venues, room bookings and virtual session logistics
* Track attendance and manage training evaluations
* Maintain and communicate the central learning events calendar




Learning Content Design

* Design and develop engaging face-to-face and digital workshop content
* Create multimedia learning materials including videos, infographics, toolkits and quizzes
* Ensure learning content aligns with official branded guidelines




Training Delivery

• Take a leading role in delivering soft skills and selected technical workshops

• Facilitate engaging and interactive learning sessions (face-to-face and virtual)

• Adapt delivery style to suit different audiences and learning needs




Knowledge, Experience and Skills:

* Willingness to start or continue career in Learning & Development
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Strong Excel skills (data manipulation, reporting)
* Experience working with a Learning Management System (desirable)
* Strong organisational and coordination skills
* Confident communicator with good presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Comfortable working with large data sets and converting into simple visuals
* Energy/ drive and determined to succeed
* Proactive nature
* Strong attention to detail
* A passion for self-development
