Summary

The Admissions Team guides applicants through every step of their journey into college. In this busy and supportive role, you’ll develop key skills, manage your own group of schools and applicants, and work with teams across the College to deliver great service and help students successfully enrol.

The role supports applicants from their first enquiry through to application decisions, offering clear advice, friendly guidance, and accurate information at every stage. You’ll manage a portfolio of courses and applicants, working closely with academic teams to provide a fair and consistent journey. The role also involves coordinating events, supporting outreach, resolving initial complaints, and maintaining high-quality data through regular reviews. You’ll contribute to departmental projects, help improve admissions processes, and support colleagues through inductions and training. Alongside this, you’ll use a range of IT systems and represent the College at open events.
