Summary

The Role

We are recruiting a VIP Client Experience Host to deliver an exceptional, high-touch guest experience within a world-leading luxury fashion environment.

This role sits at the intersection of luxury hospitality and fashion. You will be the first point of contact for VIP clients, responsible for welcoming guests, managing expectations, and setting the tone for an elevated, refined experience. From luxury beverage service to brand storytelling, your presence will help ensure every guest feels recognised, comfortable, and impeccably looked after.

While the environment is luxury fashion, the service standard is aligned with five-star hotels, concierge services, and private members’ clubs.


Key Responsibilities

- Welcome VIP clients with confidence, warmth, and a polished presence
- Manage appointments and waitlists while maintaining smooth guest flow
- Provide luxury beverage service, including alcohol, in a discreet and professional manner
- Introduce the brand story and orient guests to the experience in an engaging, natural way
- Anticipate guest needs and manage expectations with composure and discretion
- Work closely with sales associates and boutique management to ensure a seamless client journey
- Maintain calm, professional service standards during peak periods

You understand quiet luxury — delivering exceptional service through attention to detail, anticipation, and understated confidence — while still bringing a confident, engaging, and personable energy to guest interactions.

Must-Have Requirements

- Previous experience in hosting, hospitality, concierge, or VIP client service
- Comfortable working with high-net-worth or VIP guests
- Confident communicator with strong customer service instinctsNaturally personable, engaging, and able to build rapport with ease
- Polished personal presentation and professional demeanour
- Fluent in EnglishAvailable to work a minimum of 4 days per week

Nice-to-Have Experience

- Background in luxury hotels, concierge desks, or private members’ clubs
- Experience with ultra-luxury brands or fashion houses
- Multilingual abilities
- Event, theatre, or premium guest-experience roles
- Sales or client-facing retail exposure
