RYCRO Ltd is currently supporting a supported living provider with the recruitment of a Home Manager to oversee services across the South region.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Supported Living Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up to lead services supporting individuals with mental health needs, autism, and mild learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of supported living services
Ensure high-quality, person-centred care is delivered across services
Support and develop staff teams to maintain strong performance and service standards
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks and organisational policies
Work closely with senior management to support service development and improvement
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, families, and external professionals
Requirements
Experience working within supported living or social care services
Experience supporting individuals with mental health needs, autism, or learning disabilities
Previous experience as a Home Manager, Service Manager, or Deputy Manager (ready to step up)
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple services and teams effectively
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
