Summary
[INTERNAL VACANCY]
The Darlington Employment Initiative has been successfully operating for a number of years and has recently been awarded three additional externally funded employability contracts.andnbsp; We are now looking to strengthen the team by appointing an Employability Manager to oversee a team of five Employability Support Officers, bring the new programmes online and ensure that the contractual outcomes are met.

You will work closely with the lead authorities, delivery partners, and other stakeholders to ensure that the programmes are delivered successfully.andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; You will be responsible for budget management, workload management and ensuring financial and outcome targets are met.andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;

We are looking for an experienced manager with at least 3 yearsandrsquo; experience of successfully delivering a range of employability programmes, preferably locally, and a strong understanding of the challenges faced by those who are seeking work.andnbsp; You will bring the skills to influence and inspire both individuals and other partners.
