About the role
As the Fleet Enforcement Officer your manager will be our Fleet Management Officer. You will work 37 hours a week on a permanent basis, working flexibly in the Vico Homes operating area based at the Stores in Normanton.
As the Fleet Enforcement Officer you will be responsible for providing front line support to the Fleet Manager and Fleet Management Officer ensuring Tthe Vico Homes fleet is operating in a safe and compliant manner whilst ensuring the Vico Homes reputation is upheld.

*Exchanging the existing Fleet for new
*Implementing a new Fleet Policy
What you’ll do
*Contribute towards the improvement of both road safety and environmental standards within Vico Homes fleet of vehicles ensuring all enforcement issues are enforced in line with Health, Safety and Environment and appropriate policies and procedures
*Carry out vehicle weigh checks to ensure compliance with legal weight limits
*Conduct regular fleet checks across all vehicles
*Manage the handover process of new vehicles along with the management of return exchange fleet vehicles to the lease and hire companies
*Act as the primary point of contact for fleet drivers, assisting with queries and provide support where necessary
What we’re looking for
*A qualification at Level 2 of the Qualifications and Credit Framework, such as GCSEs grades 9 – 4, Award, Certificate or Diploma at level 2 or equivalent
*Previous experience working with a large fleet in excess of 450+ vehicles
*Evidence of dealing with difficult situations under pressure and enforcement of policies and procedures
