Senior Early Years Nursery Education Worker (Scale 5/6 Room Leader) responsible for leading and supporting high-quality care and education for children under 5 at Archway Children’s Centre. The role involves safeguarding children, planning child-centred play-based learning, acting as a key person for a group of children, building strong partnerships with parents and multi-agency professionals, supporting early identification and intervention, maintaining records and assessments, contributing to curriculum development and centre policies, and supporting or leading service delivery.
The practitioner must have experience working in baby room with ages 6 months-2years.
Requires a Level 3 Early Years qualification, relevant experience, 5 Years References, strong communication skills, and an enhanced DBS check.
