Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm

A leading manufacturing company are currently recruiting for Credit Controller on a permanent basis to join their friendly, busy and hardworking team based in Poole.
Within this role you will be;
• Processing payments
• Ensuring prompt payment from customers and suppliers
• Contacting customers and suppliers about overdue payments
• Checking credit records and pursuing missing debtors
• Monitoring late payments
• Establishing repayment plans
• Initiating legal proceedings for outstanding debts
• Managing customer files
• Tracking outstanding invoices
The successful applicant will:
• Previous Credit Control / aged debtor experience
• Have excellent attention to detail, highly organised and have a ‘can do’ attitude
• Self-motivated and results driven
• Confident working on your own as much as you enjoy working collaboratively within a team
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
• Strong PC skills and Microsoft programmes including Excel
