We’re looking for a passionate and driven Head Barista to lead one of our busiest sites!
You’ll take ownership of the coffee operation, inspiring your team, championing quality, and delivering an exceptional customer experience every single day. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident leader ready to make their mark and take the next step in their hospitality career.
What you’ll be doing as a Head Barista:
- Lead the day-to-day operation of a high-volume site serving 1,300+ hot drinks daily
- Managing, motivating, and developing a team of six, leading from the front in a hands-on role
- Driving performance through KPIs, including speed of service and quality standards
- Maintaining exceptional coffee quality and customer experience at all times
- Representing the brand at internal forums and events – being the face of coffee
- Bringing fresh ideas to continuously improve service, standards, and creativity
What you’ll need to succeed as a Head Barista:
- Proven experience in a high-volume coffee environment (high-end coffee shop or corporate catering)
- Strong leadership skills with the confidence to challenge and influence when needed
- A proactive, motivated approach and a genuine desire to develop your career
- Commercial awareness and experience working to KPIs
- A hands-on, resilient attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Personality, presence, and professionalism to represent the brand internally and externally
