We are seeking a motivated Recruitment and Outreach Officer to represent University College Birmingham across Schools and Colleges, building meaningful partnerships and inspiring the next generation of students to pursue ambitious careers in industry-focused disciplines.

This is an outward-facing role for someone who thrives on building relationships, delivering engaging presentations and making a tangible impact. You will act as a regional ambassador for UCB, championing our distinctive, career-led courses and supporting students to see higher education as a realistic and exciting progression pathway.

Frequent travel across the West Midlands, and occasionally further afield, is required for this role. Therefore, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

If you are motivated by purpose, enjoy working with young people and want to play a direct role in shaping student journeys, this is an opportunity to make a visible difference.
