Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaners to join our team in the DN2 Area.
As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various commercial settings. Your attention to detail and thoroughness will contribute to creating a safe and pleasant environment for our clients and their pupils.
Monday to Friday 15.00pm -18.30pm per week 17.5 hrs per week
A valid enhanced DBS certificate is required for this position, which we can help obtain
Full Training and PPE will be provided
You must be able to provide 2 current utility bills dated in last 3 months, something with National insurance number on, Passport or birth certificate, work history and Work references
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
- Empty bins and replace liners
- Clean classrooms and sanitize all touch point areas to high standards,
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways and lobbies
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Restock supplies as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products is a plus
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners and floor buffers
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
