Clinical Administrator
9am-5pm, Monday to Friday

We’re looking for a highly organised and compassionate Temporary Administrator to support our triage process and appointment booking system for individuals affected by rape, sexual abuse, sexual violence and exploitation.
In this role, you will manage client communications via phone, text and email, coordinate appointments using Microsoft Outlook Calendar, and maintain accurate, secure records. A strong understanding of GDPR and confidentiality is essential, as you’ll be handling sensitive personal information daily.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to referrals and enquiries through secure channels
• Communicate with clients sensitively and professionally
• Manage appointment bookings and update internal systems
• Maintain accurate data and produce basic reports using Excel
• Support the wider team with general admin tasks
