What You'll Be Doing:
• Delivering purposeful, creative learning activities for children aged 3-5
• Offering tailored, 1:1 and small-group interventions for children with emerging needs
• Closely collaborating with Early Years Teachers and SEN specialists
• Tracking and celebrating milestones in emotional, social, and cognitive development
• Championing a culture of curiosity, kindness, and independence in every interaction
