• Delivering targeted SEMH interventions under expert guidance
• Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups to unlock participation and progress
• Collaborating with SENCO, pastoral, and teaching staff on student strategies
• Tracking, adapting, and celebrating progress for the most vulnerable learners
• Fostering trust, resilience, and independence in children with complex needs
• Modelling positive behaviour, emotional literacy, and self-regulation techniques
• Liaising with families and external agencies, supporting joined-up care
