Summary

We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Workplace Solutions team based in Basingstoke.

Location: Basingstoke - hybrid working availableHours: 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00)

Join our dynamic Workplace Solutions team as a Project Manager where you'll lead a variety of exciting projects across our portfolio. This role offers the perfect blend of client relationship management and technical project delivery, allowing you to showcase your expertise while collaborating with a supportive team committed to excellence.

What will you be responsible for?As a Project Manager, you'll be working within the Kier Places/Workplace Solutions team, supporting them in delivering projects safely and efficiently. Your day to day will include:

• Building and nurturing client relationships while ensuring safety remains the top priority• Coordinating with subcontractors, conducting site audits and ensuring quality compliance• Maintaining accurate project reporting, asset data and records• Collaborating with the wider Kier team including H&S, Environmental, and Finance departments• Supporting Senior Project Managers in project delivery, planning and forecasting

What are we looking for?This role of Project Manager is great for you if:

• You have excellent communication skills and enjoy building collaborative relationships• You hold relevant safety qualifications (SMSTS/CSCS/IOSH Managing Safely)• You have a good understanding of CDM regulations and prioritise safety culture• You're comfortable using MS Office and other project management tools• You're organised, detail-oriented and thrive in a varied, fast-paced environment
