Summary

We're looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer to join our Facilities Management team based in Oaks Park High School, Newbury Park.

Location: Oaks Park High School, Newbury Park

Hours: 40 hours per week

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role

As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our buildings remain safe, functional and welcoming. You'll be primarily based at Oaks Park High School while providing support to our Greenwich Care Homes as needed. This permanent position offers a collaborative environment where your technical expertise will be valued and nurtured.

What will you be responsible for?As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you'll be working within the Facilities Management team, supporting them in maintaining building systems and infrastructure. Your day to day will include:

-Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and compliance tasks including Legionella testing

-Diagnosing and repairing faults across electrical, plumbing, HVAC and building fabric systems

-Performing minor installation works, refurbishment and system adjustments

-Maintaining accurate documentation and records of all maintenance activities

-Participating in a 1-in-3 week on-call rota to provide essential emergency support

-You have solid experience in building maintenance with electrical qualifications (17th or 18th Edition)
