Summary
Location: Norwich, Norfolk - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.
Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

Join our Facilities Management team where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our client's needs are met to the highest standard. You'll be responsible for overseeing a range of projects including security systems, building fabric maintenance, electrical work, heating systems, and room refurbishments, all while building strong professional relationships and championing wellbeing in the workplace.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Operational Support Manager, you'll be working within the Facilities Management team, supporting them in delivering exceptional service across our Norwich Schools PFI contract. Your day to day will include:
-Managing technical delivery teams and contractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely and to budget
-Building and maintaining strong client relationships as their key point of contact
-Undertaking asset condition audits to create accurate forward maintenance plans
-Leading on all aspects of project delivery from conception to completion, including scoping and tender analysis
-Implementing health and safety management systems and conducting regular site audits

This role of Operational Support Manager is great for you if:
-You have experience in facilities management or project delivery within the built environment
-You're commercially focused with excellent communication and customer service skills
-You hold IOSH Managing Safely/SMSTS qualifications (or are willing to work towards them)
-You're collaborative by nature and enjoy building effective relationships
-You're proactive, solution-oriented and care about creating inclusive environments
