Join our friendly Contract Administration Team where you'll provide essential support to our operational teams, ensuring smooth service delivery for our MOJ and Home Office contracts. This varied role offers the opportunity to develop valuable skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.
What will you be responsible for?As a Contract Support Advisor, you'll be working within the Contract Administration team, supporting them in delivering excellent service to our clients. Your day to day will include:
-Processing and managing work orders through their complete lifecycle
-Communicating effectively with engineers, subcontractors and clients
-Scheduling and coordinating reactive maintenance works
-Ensuring all documentation is accurately completed and processed
-Supporting Contract Managers with administrative tasks and client communications
