Prospero Teaching are seeking dedicated Maths and English Tutors to support GCSE students with Special Educational Needs across Merseyside. In this rewarding role, you will work one-to-one with learners who require tailored academic support, helping them build confidence, develop core skills, and reach their potential.

Our students may present with Autism, ADHD, Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, or be working below expected levels. Your support will play a key role in bridging learning gaps and re-engaging students with education.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver personalised one-to-one GCSE Maths or English tuition tailored to individual learning needs.

Essential Requirements

Minimum one year of experience teaching or tutoring Maths oeEnglish.

Experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs in a one-to-one or small group setting.

Desirable Qualifications

PGCE in Secondary Education and/or Qualified Teacher Status.
