Key Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom support to the teacher, including preparing resources and materials
- Assist with the delivery of engaging and differentiated lessons
- Support small group work and one-on-one interventions
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to the teacher
- Contribute to the creation of a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
