Key Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom support to the teacher, including preparing resources and materials
- Assist with the delivery of engaging and differentiated lessons
- Support small group work and one-on-one interventions
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to the teacher
- Contribute to the creation of a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
- Collaborate with the wider school community, including parents and other professionals
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Passion for supporting the academic and personal development of children
- Enthusiasm for continuing professional development
