Job Purpose
Rest Assured Enterprise is seeking motivated Commission-Based Freelancers to promote and secure bookings for Health and Social Care Mandatory Training. The freelancer will identify potential clients such as care homes, supported living providers, domiciliary care agencies, and healthcare organisations, and earn commission for each confirmed training booking.

Key Responsibilities
• Promote Rest Assured Enterprise Health and Social Care Mandatory Training programmes to organisations in the care sector.
• Identify potential clients including:
o Care homes
o Domiciliary care agencies
o Supported living services
o Healthcare providers
• Generate leads through networking, social media, marketing, and direct outreach.
• Secure training bookings and coordinate with the Rest Assured Enterprise training team.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
• Represent Rest Assured Enterprise professionally in all communications.
• Provide feedback on training demands and industry requirements.

Mandatory Training Courses Promoted
Freelancers will promote training courses such as:
• Safeguarding Adults and Children
• Health and Safety
• Moving and Handling
• Infection Prevention and Control
• Fire Safety
• First Aid / Basic Life Support
• Medication Administration
• Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
• Food Hygiene and Nutrition
• Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and DoLS
• Dementia Awareness
• Duty of Care
• Communication Skills
• Prevent Training

Commission Structure
• This role is commission-based only.
• Commission will be paid for each successful training booking secured for Rest Assured Enterprise.
• Payment will be made once the client has completed payment for the training service.
• Commission percentage will be agreed in advance between the freelancer and Rest Assured Enterprise.

Skills and Requirements
• Experience in health and social care, training, sales, or client acquisition is desirable.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Understanding of mandatory training requirements in the UK care sector is beneficial.
