What skills and experience we're looking for
We wish to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational Teacher of English to join us with the energy and enthusiasm needed to inspire and motivate students of all abilities to teach across all 3 key stages. You will be joining a well-established team who are ambitious for all our students and recognise that staff development and teamwork is key to this.
The specific role will be determined according to the individual strengths and interests of the appointed candidate. We are seeking a team member who wishes to make a significant contribution in a leading subject area in the school. In return, we can offer an opportunity to work and develop within an innovative and collaborative multi academy trust.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively to deliver consistently high-quality learning and teaching. They will take on the role of a form tutor. The right candidate will be willing to review current material and contribute to improving resources for students to use both independently and in the classroom. A commitment to developing individual learning skills and a drive to continually improve are key qualities we are looking for in the post holder.
