We are looking for someone who:
- Has good communication skills
- Is willing to be trained in Legend / or currently trained
- Is experienced in a reception setting
- Is able to communicate - telephone / face to face enquiries
- Can handle enquiries from customers effectively
- Has good numeracy skills
- Has good attention to detail
- Has commitment to a high standard of customer care
- Is able to work on own initiative
- Is able to work as an efficient member of a team
- Has knowledge of customer care techniques
- Has experience in cash till / cash handling
- Consistently demonstrates SCL’s behaviours
