The successful candidates will operate Trumpf plate and/or tube laser cutting machines, ensuring high-quality production and safe working practices.Shift Patterns and PayMorning: 6:00am – 2:00pm - £14.00 per hourAfternoon: Mon–Thurs 2:00pm – 10:30pm / Fri 2:00pm – 8:00pm - £15.00per hourNights: 10:00pm – 6:00am - £16.00 - per hourKey ResponsibilitiesOperate Trumpf plate and tube laser cutting machinesLoad/unload materials and monitor production runsRead and interpret engineering drawingsCarry out quality checks using measuring equipmentPerform basic machine maintenance and keep the work area tidyFollow all health & safety proceduresEssential RequirementsExperience operating Trumpf laser cutting machineryAbility to read technical drawingsExperience using measuring tools (verniers, gauges, tape)Good attention to detail and ability to work shiftsDesirableExperience with plate and tube laser systemsKnowledge of TruTops programmingFLT or overhead crane experienceEngineering or manufacturing backgroundIf you are interested, please complete your profile on www.workchain.co.uk and call us on 01270 667399.
