Summary

Job Title: Multi Trade Plumber

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 17:00
Pay: £18.00 - £21.40 per hour

We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trade Plumber to join a respected property maintenance contractor on a temporary basis, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance works to social housing properties in and around Ealing. This is a great opportunity for a skilled tradesperson with a strong Plumbing background who can also turn their hand to other basic trade tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Carried out a range of plumbing repairs and installations including pipework, tap replacements, WC repairs, and resolving leaks and blockages.

  • Installed and maintained kitchen and bathroom plumbing fixtures including sinks, basins, toilets, and associated pipework.

  • Diagnosed plumbing faults and completed effective repairs to ensure systems were safe and fully operational.

  • Undertook associated multi-trade duties including basic carpentry, patch plastering, tiling, and painting to complete repairs.

  • Ensured all work was completed to a high standard and in accordance with health and safety regulations.

  • Used PDA or mobile devices to receive work orders, update job progress, and maintain accurate job records.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
  • Ability to pass a Basic DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
  • NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent trade experience)
  • Competent across additional trades such as carpentry, tiling, and decorating
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
