Our client is a leading, design‑focused business within the bathroom product sector, supplying boutique showrooms, architects, and specialist contractors. They are committed to delivering quality products with exceptional service. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a reliable and proactive FLT/Warehouse Operator to join their team.
Responsibilities include:
- Picking stock in line with dispatch deadlines to maintain excellent customer service
- Replenishing stock to support efficient picking processes
- Offloading deliveries and accurately locating stock
- Checking, signing for, and recording incoming goods
- Reporting stock discrepancies and updating warehouse logs
- Suggesting improvements to stock layouts and picking locations
- Managing waste appropriately
- Assisting with cycle counts and annual stock take
- Loading stock for dispatch safely and efficiently
- Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety and environmental compliance
Working Hours
This role operates on rotating shifts:
- 06:00 - 14:30
- 07:30 - 15:30
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar warehouse role
- Strong time management and communication skills
- A positive team player who builds good working relationships
- Service-driven with a proactive, "can-do" approach
- Physically fit and confident with manual handling
- Good level of IT literacy
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- FLT licence desirable (training can be provided)
Location Requirements
This is an onsite based role. Due to limited public transport, having your own transport is essential.
