Wellbeing Progress MentorFTE: 0.810811 (37 hours per week, 36 weeks per year)Salary: £24,990.82 per annum (£30,822 pro rata per annum)Closing date for applications: 22/03/2026Interviews will take place: 26/03/2026 and 27/03/2026MAIN PURPOSE OF POSTYou will play a proactive role in supporting students’ mental well-being and academic success. You will deliver impactful 1:1 sessions, group workshops, and resilience-building courses—covering everything from anxiety management to mindfulness—while collaborating with the College Nurse and counseling team to provide holistic, wraparound care. Beyond direct support, you will act as a Designated Safeguarding Lead, coordinate with external agencies, and lead creative campus-wide mental health events. Please note:
