Summary

We are looking for a Finance Assistant, to provide effective financial administration support within the school overseeing day-to-day financial operations including purchasing, invoicing, income collection, bank reconciliation and record maintenance.Duties will include:Ordering, processing and payment of all goods and services
Preparation of invoices
Deal with basic payment and accounting queries
Maintain manual and computerised records/management information systems
Complete monthly finance routine checklist
