Summary

The Role:
We are currently looking for an experienced administrator to join the successful and busy Supported Learning Department. You will ensure maintenance of core high needs students’ data and records including attendance, funding and annual reviews data. You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining systems using relevant software including liaising with relevant staff.
The successful candidate will have administrative experience; enjoy working as part of a team as well as on their own initiative. You must be able to plan and progress a programme of work to strict deadlines and have excellent oral and written communication skills. You should possess proficient computer skills and an expertise in the use of software packages and applications, including the MS Office suite. The willingness to work flexibly and to adapt quickly to changing operational needs is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• To provide flexible, accurate and professional administrative support to the Supported Learning team and associated functions of this area of work which will enable effective tracking, monitoring and financial assessment of our HNS/ASF students.
• Tracking and monitoring of High Needs funding, ASF funding and additional learning support on specific external software packages highlighting concerns and discrepancies to the senior team
• General administrative duties that will ensure contract compliance for relevant funding agencies and local authorities.
• To maintain and where necessary improve the integrity of student data, analysing, interpreting and producing reports.
Who You Are:
• Strong IT skills, including MS Office and data systems.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Confidence in manipulating, analysing, and presenting data.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience or understanding of financial administration is desirable.
