Summary
Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer - Multiple Positions Available
Telford
UP to £48,000 (per annum) - DOE & Shift Pattern

Shift Patterns: Double-days or 3 Shift Pattern (Monday & Friday)

What you'll be doing
- PPM and Reactive Maintenance on a wide range of bespoke automated and pneumatic-powered machinery & equipment
- Root-cause analysis (RCA) approach to fault-finding to optimize reliability, efficiency and longevity of machinery, equipment and parts
- Managing parts stock & ensuring any replacements are ordered in a cost-effective, responsible and auditable manner
- Mentor and develop junior members of the engineering team
What you'll need
- Time-served as a multiskilled maintenance engineer
- The ability to undertake basic electrical fault-finding
- Solid understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics
- An NVQ Level 3 (minimum)
- Basic PLC fault-finding (desirable)
- FMCG background or similar (highly desirable)
- HNC / NVQ Level 4 (or working towards) - highly desirable

- Proactive and self-motivated
- The ability to work autonomously & support the wider maintenance team
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high production environment
- A willingness to develop technically
