Summary

Senior Training Advisor specialism Electrical

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Electrical professional who is ready to take the next step in their career by moving into teaching and training.

As an Electrical Training Subject Specialist at Carlisle College, you will use your industry expertise to support and develop the next generation of apprentices.

In this rewarding role, you will plan, deliver and assess high‑quality apprenticeship training, and carry out regular workplace reviews to ensure apprentices and their employers are fully supported through to successful completion and End‑Point Assessment (EPA).

You will also play a key role in promoting and developing our Electrical apprenticeship offer across the sector, helping strengthen our links with industry.
