Position Details:


Roles: Senior Student Records Administrator (Non Standard programmes)


Salary: Starting from £28,031 on Grade D


Hours: Full time


Contract: Fixed-term until 31st December 2026








About the Role:


As a key member of the Student Records team on the Streatham campus, you'll be contributing to the vibrant learning environment at the University of Exeter. These roles offer a unique opportunity to grow as an administration and customer services professional.


This role is to cover an employee on secondment.





Responsibilities:


Provide advice, guidance, and administrative support to Education Support Services staff.
Support the full student data lifecycle for taught programmes, from enrolment to graduation, including record maintenance, assessment administration, and awarding/progression.
Focus on non-traditional programmes, such as online, Degree Apprenticeship, and flexible modular delivery.
Ensure data accuracy, carry out validation and quality checks, and resolve data issues to support internal and external reporting.
Work with SITS system and colleagues across Faculties to maintain consistent, compliant, and high-quality student records




About You:


We are looking for a dynamic, enquiring, and self-starting individual who enjoys working with data and solving problems with:





Strong attention to detail with a talent for investigating issues and improving systems and processes.
Confident delivering accurate administrative support in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Motivated by supporting innovative programme delivery








These roles form a vital part of our support services and the role holder will be expected to work from campus for a minimum of two days per week, as well as for up to four days per week whilst training is completed.





Please also note that as busy roles with peaks in workload at specific points in the academic cycle, there may be periods in June, September, and October when leave may be restricted.
