Summary
Qualifications Must have: Level 2 in numeracy and literacy or equivalent. Completed Care Certificate accredited by e-learning for healthcare – evidence of both theory and all practical elements of the skills for health 15 standards (training completed via e-learning only will not be accepted) Plus must have one of the following: Level 3 qualification in a Health related subject regulated by OFQUAL For existing Mid Yorkshire staff evidence of Band 2 competency booklet completed .
