• Support the monitoring and oversight of referrals through college systems, including filter and monitoring software, ensuring concerns involving staff and students are identified and flagged appropriately. Assist with the use of ProMonitor and CPOMS, including reporting, user access management, and staff training, while demonstrating a willingness to develop further knowledge and skills in college systems.
• Provide comprehensive and efficient administrative support for all safeguarding processes across the organisation. Responsibilities include preparing and coordinating reports, collating academic information for PEP/CLA meetings, undertaking accurate minute taking, and organising and compiling documentation required for safeguarding purposes.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate internal and external meetings relating to safeguarding, Prevent, wellbeing, and multi agency processes.
