Summary

Store Manager – Menswear | Leicester | Full Time, 40 hours per week | Weekend availability required | £32,000 - £35,000 DOE

They are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Showroom Manager to lead their Leicester store. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales, delivering first-class customer service, and maintaining the high standards the brand is known for. • Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles (menswear or fashion experience highly desirable)
• A strong leader with excellent communication and coaching skills
• Commercially driven with a proven ability to achieve sales targets
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering memorable shopping experiences
• Organised, proactive, and adaptable to the changing needs of the showroom

What will your role look like?

• Lead by example to drive store sales and ensure every customer enjoys an outstanding in-store experience
• Greet clients, understand their needs, and provide personalised product advice and recommendations
• Train, motivate, and develop showroom staff to deliver high standards of service and performance
• Oversee staff scheduling, resolving holiday and sickness cover when required
• Maintain showroom presentation, stock levels, and merchandising to reflect brand standards
• Manage bookings and appointments, ensuring smooth customer journeys
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care
• Oversee POS processes, cash handling, and awareness of promotions and campaigns
• Ensure housekeeping standards across the sales floor, cash desk, and stockroom
