Summary

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Retail team as a Senior Customer Service Assistant where every day brings new opportunities to make customers' visits memorable.What you'll be doingYou'll work alongside the Retail Manager to run successful gift shops that delight customers every day.Assist with front-of-house operations and ensure shops open on time with perfect presentation standardsCover for managers/supervisors during holidays and busy periods as a trusted key holderMotivate colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service through positive engagementHandle customer enquiries efficiently while maintaining a friendly, professional approachManage stock rotation and compliance, particularly for perishable itemsEnsure health and safety standards are maintained across all operationsSupport stocktakes and special events throughout the yearThis is a seasonal permanent role meaning you will work during the open season each year (late March to early January).
